Tiffany Tolbert joined the organization in July 2015.  As an avid reader, her vision is to ensure that every child becomes literate and develops a love for reading.  She has over ten years of experience in the Atlanta nonprofit community.  Tiffany made her mark in Atlanta through her career with Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and volunteerism with the Ryan Cameron Foundation.  Her leadership has helped both organizations grow and further their impact in the greater Atlanta community.

Tiffany has been an Atlantan since 2004 and is originally from Cleveland. She earned a BA from Columbia University and a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Jeanna Bierenfeld - Director of Programs

Jeanna Bierenfeld is a Director of Programs with Everybody Wins! Atlanta and has been with the program for six years. She leads the daily execution and oversees the Power Lunch Program in 10 schools around the Atlanta area. In this position, she works directly with the Program Manager and Program Coordinators in each school to maintain an effective Power Lunch program. Jeanna cultivates relationships with mentors and students at each school, which helps to ensure that all school programs run efficiently and under the guidelines of Everybody Wins! Atlanta. In particular, she is in charge of training, recruiting all mentors before they become active in the program.

She also oversees Storytime at seven schools in the Atlanta area. She coordinates the purchase of books and the Storytime Coordinators for each school and performances.

Jeanna, a native Atlantan, has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from West Georgia. She has over 20 years’ experience in training with a particular focus on various aspects of technology.

Sue Palermo is a Program Manager for Power Lunch. She was the School Coordinator at Brumby for two years before taking her current position. She oversees the operations of Power Lunch at four Atlanta area schools, working closely with the coordinators, mentors and school administrators. Prior to working for Everybody Wins, Sue was a stay-at-home mother to three, and perpetual volunteer in the public schools! She also co-founded a community organization that created opportunities for families to volunteer together. Prior to starting her own family, Sue earned a BA in Early Childhood Education at UMass, a Masters in Social Work at Boston University, and worked with families with young children in the Boston area. In her spare time, she loves to read and travel with her family.
