Nichole Harris - Executive Director

Nichole Harris is the Executive Director of Everybody Wins! Atlanta. With a robust background in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement, Nichole is dedicated to championing a culture of excellence, driving innovation, and maximizing the organization’s impact.

Her previous roles include serving as the Executive Director at MINT ATL and Chief Programs Officer at St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, where she led significant growth initiatives and managed multimillion-dollar budgets. Her efforts have consistently resulted in transformative outcomes and strengthened community ties.

In 2022, Nichole was honored with the "15 Within 15" award by the University of Montevallo Junior Board, a testament to her outstanding leadership and commitment to creating positive change. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Montevallo, along with certifications in program evaluation, project management, and remote team management.

Sue Palermo - Director of Programs

Sue Palermo is a Director of Programs for Power Lunch. She was the School Coordinator at Brumby for two years and a Program Manager for three years before taking her current position.

Prior to working for Everybody Wins, Sue was a stay-at-home mother to three, and perpetual volunteer in the public schools! She also co-founded a community organization that created opportunities for families to volunteer together.

Prior to starting her own family, Sue earned a BA in Early Childhood Education at UMass, a Masters in Social Work at Boston University, and worked with families with young children in the Boston area. In her spare time, she loves to read and travel with her family.

Patricia McCants - Program Manager
Patricia McCants - Program Manager

Patricia McCants serves as Program Manager for Everybody Wins Atlanta after having worked as a School Coordinator at Centennial Academy. She facilitates the management of Power Lunch/Reading at four metro Atlanta schools with the support of the school’s administrators and staff, volunteer readers and program staff.

After graduating from Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Patricia worked in the association management industry for more than 10 years managing communications, conference marketing, and exhibitor and board relations.

Patricia brings to Everybody Wins Atlanta a love for reading, children and community. In her personal time, she enjoys family and outdoor activities and crafting.
